Smoked Salmon Tartine with Caviar Cream Cheese
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 4oz Cold Smoked Salmon
- 4 Tbsp Zingerman's Caviar Cream Cheese
- 2 Slices Toasted Bread (or Toasted Bagels)
- Thinly Sliced Cucumbers, Radish, and Fresh Dill for Garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Spread two tablespoons of the Zingerman's Caviar Cream Cheese on each slice of Toast
- Top each toast with two ounces of cold smoked salmon
- Garnish using the sliced cucumbers, radish, and fresh dill.
- Serve. For a little added depth, drizzle with a good quality olive oil beore serving.
