                            A pizza using smoked seafood can be a great quick weeknight meal that's ready to go in a matter of minutes. Using our smoked bay scallops and cold smoked salmon, you can put together a speedy dinner that's as classy as it is delicious!
 
Smoked Bay Scallop & Smoked Salmon Pizza
Serves 2-4
INGREDIENTS:
	- 4oz Smoked Bay Scallops
 
	- 4oz Cold Smoked Salmon
 
	- ½ Cup Shaved Red Onion
 
	- ¼ Ashman’s Lemon & Dill Dressing
 
	- 1 Golden Home Ultra Thin Pizza Crust
 
	- Fresh Dill (Garnish)
 
DIRECTIONS:
	- Add lemon and dill dressing to the center of a pizza crust and spread around using a spoon to create a thin, even coating
 
	- Evenly sprinkle the smoked bay scallops and shaved red onion around the pizza
 
	- Place pizza into a preheated 500-degree oven for 3-5 minutes or until crust starts to turn golden and the bay scallops are just warmed through
 
	- Even distribute the cold smoked salmon around the hot pizza and drizzle with additional dressing if desired
 
	- Garnish with fresh dill and enjoy!
