Pesto & Parm Baked Salmon
This super simple baked salmon dish brings big flavor to any night of the week. Serve with a simple side salad and you got a nice light dinner that won’t leave you feeling shorted.
Pesto & Parm Baked Salmon
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 4-6oz Salmon Fillets, skin on or off
- 4 Tablespoons Pesto
- Parmesean Cheese, grated
- Non-Stick Spray or Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Place salmon fillets on a well greased, foil lined baking tray
- Season each fillet with salt and pepper
- Top each fillet with a tablespoon of pesto and using a spoon, spread to fully coat the fillet
- Sprinkled the greated parm generously over each fillet
- Place salmon into a preheated 425 degree oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until salmon reaches desired donesness.
- Serve alongside a nice green salad and enjoy!
