Grilled Swordfish with Black Bean Sauce
This is probably one of our most popular recipes of all time. It’s really easy to make and is perfect for any summer cookout!
For our Black Bean Sauce marinade, we're using Secret Aardvark Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce, but you can use whichever brand you like best. The Seceret Aardvark sauce is a little thiner and works well for a marinade, but some of the other brands might be a bit thicker. If that's the case, use a bit less than the recipe calls for and add water to help thin it out a bit to whatever you'd like your final consistency to be.
